AUCO Convictus Ukraine is a non-governmental organization that develops public health services and provides comprehensive support to vulnerable populations. For 18 years, Convictus Ukraine has been a reliable partner of government institutions, national civil society organizations, and international organizations in implementing programs to combat HIV, tuberculosis, and other socially significant diseases; delivering humanitarian response to the consequences of war; expanding psychosocial support services; and promoting women’s economic empowerment and preventing violence.
If you:
- • Have vocational secondary or higher education;
- • Have experience facilitating group sessions;
- • Are able to present information to large groups and engage with audiences;
- • Are familiar with the specifics of working with survivors of GBV and people at risk;
- • Are committed to gender equality and interested in working in the field of prevention of and response to violence against women and girls;
- • Have knowledge of women’s protection or women’s rights issues, such as empowerment programs, reproductive health, counseling, etc.;
- • Have strong verbal and written communication skills;
- • Understand the basics of ethics and professional communication;
- • Have a high level of tolerance and empathy;

With us, you will:
- • Organize and coordinate group activities in the community;
- • Conduct psychosocial support activities (10 sessions in total by May 22, 2026);
- • Maintain documentation related to the activities and submit reports on time;
- • Contribute to the preparation of program reports (providing feedback, data, etc.).
