The All-Ukrainian charitable organisation ‘CONVICTUS UKRAINE’ announces a selection process for a service provider: Programme Supervisor in the field of mental health case management for the project ‘Responding to mental health issues, their prevention and the protection of Ukrainians affected by the war’

If you:

  • Hold a degree in Psychology.
  • Have completed a certified supervision programme.
  • Have at least 5 years’ practical experience of providing supervision in the field of social services.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in counselling, including experience in psychological counselling.
  • Knowledge and skills regarding socio-psychological characteristics and methods of working with different groups of people.
  • Confident user of a PC and office software.

If so, we invite you to join our friendly team.

You will:

  • Provide methodological and informational support to GZN case managers.
  • Conduct individual and group supervision sessions;
  • Complete the ‘Supervision Log’ after each group supervision session;
  • Prepare a report on the supervision sessions conducted and the progress of the work;
  • Maintain an incident tracker and submit reports.
  • Approve financial assistance packages for beneficiaries who belong to the target group.
