We are announcing a call for tenders to select a service provider for the role of Beneficiary Support Consultant in the Chernivtsi region for the project ‘Responding to, preventing and protecting Ukrainians affected by the war’

The All-Ukrainian Charitable Organisation ‘CONVICTUS UKRAINE’ announces a call for tenders for the provision of services by a Consultant to support beneficiaries in the Chernivtsi region as part of the project ‘Responding to, preventing and protecting Ukrainians affected by the war from psychological trauma’

‘Convictus Ukraine’ is a non-governmental organisation operating in three countries – Sweden, Estonia and Ukraine. For 19 years, we have been developing effective public health services and supporting vulnerable groups in Ukraine.

‘Convictus Ukraine’ is a team of dedicated professionals who consistently deliver outstanding results in achieving objectives, implementing projects and ensuring high-quality service provision. We are building a healthy and safe future for Ukraine. We are a reliable partner to government bodies and civil society organisations in implementing programmes to combat HIV, tuberculosis and other dangerous diseases; in delivering programmes for vulnerable children and adolescents; in developing support for women and children who have suffered violence; and in establishing support programmes for vulnerable groups in wartime conditions.

If you:

  • have experience of working with CSOs and NGOs in the community and have a positive reputation,
  • understand humanitarian standards and the fundamentals of working with people facing difficult life circumstances,
  • have experience organising and running events in the field of mental health, combating substance abuse, and other socially important issues,
  • have coordinated teams of at least three people,
  • are confident users of office software,
  • and are able to write reports, analytical notes, grant applications, etc.

You will:

  • organise and run events for project beneficiaries,
  • advise specialists with a view to improving the quality of service delivery,
  • analyse data and adjust activities in line with project needs and the achievement of project indicators,
  • build partnerships within communities.
