We are announcing a selection process for a service provider to act as a Case Manager and facilitator of group activities in the field of MHPSS in the Zelenska and Biloberizka communities as part of the project ‘Responding to, preventing and protecting those affected by mental health and psychological stress amongst Ukrainians affected by the war’

The All-Ukrainian Charitable Organisation ‘CONVICTUS UKRAINE’ announces a call for tenders to select a service provider for a Case Manager and facilitator of group activities in the field of MHPSS in the Zelenka and Biloberizka communities as part of the project ‘Responding to, Preventing and Protecting those Affected by Psychosocial Trauma among Ukrainians Affected by the War’

If you:

  • have a university degree,
  • have at least 3 years’ experience working with people in difficult life circumstances,
  • are familiar with group-based methods for working with children, adolescents and adults in the field of mental health and psychosocial support (for example, SESAME, Self-Help+, Healing of Mind and Body, Girl Shine, Problem Management + others),
  • have experience of facilitating group sessions,
  • have experience of providing case management services,
  • have experience of positive collaboration within the community with educational institutions, healthcare providers, social services, NGOs and so on,
  • have organisational skills,
  • have good communication skills,
  • are able to work with documentation and basic software.

You will:

  • organise and facilitate events in the field of mental health and psychosocial support,
  • manage cases in the field of mental health and psychosocial support (relevant training will be provided),
  • work within a multidisciplinary mental health and psychosocial support team,
  • maintain documentation and databases, and produce reports.
