I have been working with the organization for twelve years. Since 2020, I have been coordinating projects aimed at improving the economic well-being of women from vulnerable groups — including those affected by gender-based violence, war, and forced displacement, as well as women from rural and remote communities and family members of veterans across three communities in Kharkiv region.

I am at Convictus Ukraine because for me it is not just a workplace, but an important part of my life that I truly value.
