Dream. Act. Achieve

Objective

To improve the economic well-being of women from vulnerable groups by strengthening their economic capacity, professional and entrepreneurial skills, and creating conditions for sustainable employment and income generation in the context of war and post-crisis recovery.

Key Activities

Within this sub-area, AUCO Convictus Ukraine implements a comprehensive approach to women’s economic empowerment that combines educational, motivational, and financial support tools. The program is designed to restore women’s resilience, increase their self-confidence, and expand opportunities for self-realization.

The organization engages women in a program that helps them acquire knowledge and practical skills for starting and managing a business, securing employment, and effectively organizing their professional and personal lives. Participants take part in educational activities on launching and developing a business, receive tools for effective communication, personal development, and self-improvement, and gain access to financial support to start or scale their own business initiatives.
