Who we are?

The Convictus organization was founded in Sweden in 1986, and in 2006 it began operating in Ukraine with the support of Convictus Sweden and the Government of Sweden. From the outset, the Organization’s work focused on combating HIV, tuberculosis, and other socially significant diseases, supporting vulnerable populations, and developing comprehensive social and medical services.

Over the years, Convictus Ukraine has expanded both its geographic reach and areas of work, implementing innovative programs in public health, violence prevention, and support for women and adolescents. Since the start of the full-scale war, the Organization has adapted its activities to humanitarian challenges, integrating medical, social, and psychological assistance in cooperation with governmental and international partners to improve the quality of life of vulnerable groups in Ukraine.

We are a team of professionals who combine expertise, innovation, and a peer-to-peer approach to drive change grounded in trust, tolerance, and high standards.
