The All-Ukrainian Charitable Organisation ‘CONVICTUS UKRAINE’ announces the selection of a service provider for a Programme Supervisor in the field of PSY case management for the project ‘Responding to PSY, its prevention and the protection of victims among Ukrainians affected by the war’

If you:

  • Hold a degree in Psychology.
  • Have completed a certified supervision programme.
  • Have at least 5 years’ practical experience of providing supervision in the field of social services.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in counselling, including experience in psychological counselling.
  • Possess knowledge and skills regarding socio-psychological characteristics and methods of working with different groups of people.
  • A confident user of computers and office software.

If so, we invite you to join our friendly team.

You will:

  • Provide methodological and informational support to GZN case managers.
  • Conduct individual and group supervision sessions;
  • Complete the ‘Supervision Log’ after each group supervision session;
  • Preparing a report on the supervision sessions conducted and work progress;
  • Maintaining an incident tracker and submitting reports.
  • Approving financial assistance packages for beneficiaries belonging to the target group.
