The All-Ukrainian Charitable Organisation ‘CONVICTUS UKRAINE’ announces a call for tenders for a service provider for a Beneficiary Support Consultant in the Kyiv region for the project ‘Responding to, Preventing and Protecting Ukrainians Affected by the War from Psychotrauma’

‘Convictus Ukraine’ is a non-governmental organisation operating in three countries: Sweden, Estonia and Ukraine. For 19 years, we have been developing effective public health services and supporting vulnerable groups in Ukraine.

We are a reliable partner to government bodies and civil society organisations in implementing programmes to combat HIV, tuberculosis and other dangerous diseases; in delivering programmes for vulnerable children and adolescents; in developing support for women and children who have suffered violence; and in establishing support programmes for vulnerable groups in wartime conditions.

If you:

  • have experience of working with civil society organisations and NGOs in the community and have a positive reputation,
  • are familiar with humanitarian standards and the principles of working with people in difficult life circumstances,
  • have experience organising and running events in the field of mental health, combating substance abuse and other socially important issues,
  • have coordinated teams of three or more people,
  • are confident users of office software,
  • and are able to write reports, analytical notes, grant applications, etc.

You will:

  • organise and run events for project beneficiaries,
  • advise specialists with a view to improving the quality of service delivery,
  • analyse data and adjust activities in line with project needs and the achievement of project indicators,
  • build cooperation within communities.
