The All-Ukrainian charitable organisation ‘CONVICTUS UKRAINE’ announces a call for tenders for a Consultant to provide support to beneficiaries in the Ivano-Frankivsk region as part of the project ‘Responding to, preventing and protecting Ukrainians affected by the war’

‘Convictus Ukraine’ is a non-governmental organisation operating in three countries – Sweden, Estonia and Ukraine. For 19 years, we have been developing effective public health services and supporting vulnerable groups in Ukraine.

‘Convictus Ukraine’ is a team of dedicated professionals who consistently achieve high standards in meeting objectives, delivering projects and providing quality services. We are building a healthy and safe future for Ukraine. We are a reliable partner to government bodies and civil society organisations in implementing programmes to combat HIV, tuberculosis and other dangerous diseases; in delivering programmes for vulnerable children and adolescents; in developing support for women and children who have suffered violence; and in establishing support programmes for vulnerable groups in wartime conditions.

If you:

  • have experience of working with civil society organisations and NGOs in the community and have a positive reputation,
  • understand humanitarian standards and the basics of working with people in difficult life circumstances,
  • have experience organising and running events in the field of mental health, combating substance abuse, and other socially important topics,
  • have coordinated teams of at least three people,
  • are confident users of office software,
  • and are able to write reports, analytical notes, grant applications and so on.

You will:

  • organise and run events for project beneficiaries,
  • advise specialists to improve the quality of service delivery,
  • analyse data and adjust activities in line with project needs and the achievement of project indicators,
  • build partnerships within communities.
