The All-Ukrainian Charitable Organisation ‘CONVICTUS UKRAINE’ announces a call for tenders for a Programme Supervisor in the field of mental health and psychosocial support for the project ‘Responding to, Preventing and Protecting Victims of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) among Ukrainians Affected by the War’

If you:

  • Hold a higher education qualification,
  • Have completed a certified programme in mental health and psychosocial support,
  • Have worked on projects focusing on mental health and psychosocial support,
  • Have at least one year’s practical experience of providing supervision in the field of social services.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a coordinating role.
  • Knowledge and skills regarding socio-psychological characteristics and methods of working with staff.

You will:

  • Methodically coordinate case managers and MHPSS facilitators of events for beneficiaries,
  • Conduct briefings and training sessions,
  • Conduct individual and group supervision of specialists in the field,
  • Monitor the completion of databases, personnel files, etc.,
  • Coordinate the work of the psychiatrist and psychologist,
  • Prepare reports on activities carried out.
