The All-Ukrainian Charitable Organization AUCO Convictus Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) announces a competitive tender for the procurement of incentive certificates (gift cards).
AUCO Convictus Ukraine is a non-governmental organization operating in Ukraine since 2006 and part of the international Convictus network working in Sweden, Estonia, and Ukraine. The Organization has more than 18 years of experience implementing programs in public health, humanitarian response, and social support in cooperation with governmental institutions and national and international partners.
The tender is conducted within the framework of all current projects of the Organization as of the date of announcement, as well as future projects to be implemented during 2026, including:
sub-grants under programs of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria;
programs of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC);
projects supported by UNFPA Ukraine, International Medical Corps, GIZ, Norwegian People’s Aid, SOS Children’s Villages Ukraine, ISAR Ednannia, AFEW-Ukraine, Medicus Mundi Mediterrània, ING Bank, the European Union, and other donors supporting the Organization’s programs.
Goods will be procured in batches depending on the Organization’s actual needs, approximately once per quarter.
Payments will be made in non-cash form. The standard payment terms предусматривают:
50% advance payment for each batch;
50% post-payment upon delivery of the batch, based on duly executed primary documents.
However, depending on donor requirements, project funding conditions, or specifics of a particular order, payment terms may be adjusted, including full post-payment, subject to prior written agreement of the Parties and formalization in the contract or relevant addenda.
From January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
In the financial proposal, the Participant must indicate the price of goods excluding delivery costs.
Delivery costs must be specified separately (for information purposes) in Annex 1 and will not be considered during the comparative evaluation of financial proposals, unless otherwise determined in writing by the Organizer.
