AUCO Convictus Ukraine is a non-governmental organization strengthening public health services and providing comprehensive support to vulnerable populations. For 18 years, Convictus Ukraine has been a reliable partner of government institutions, national civil society and international organizations in implementing programs on HIV and tuberculosis prevention and treatment, humanitarian response to the consequences of war, development of psychosocial support services, economic empowerment of women, and prevention of violence.
We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team.
Candidate Requirements
- Higher education in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or Psychology.
- Completion of a certified supervision training program.
- At least 3 years of practical experience conducting supervision in the field of social services.
- At least 3 years of experience in counseling practice.
- Experience in resolving conflict situations affecting organizational performance.
- Knowledge and practical skills related to socio-psychological characteristics and methods of working with various groups, including people who actively use drugs, people living with HIV, sex workers, and formerly incarcerated individuals.
- Willingness to travel for supervision sessions in Kyiv and Kyiv Region.
- References will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting individual and group supervision sessions (approximately 1.5 hours) for social workers and program staff providing services to clients, according to an agreed schedule.
- Conducting individual and group supervision sessions (approximately 1.5 hours) for administrative and management staff, according to an agreed schedule.
- Completing a Supervision Protocol after each group session.
- Preparing quarterly analytical reports based on supervision outcomes.
- Providing recommendations to management on relevant issues.
