Dream. Act. Achieve — Kharkiv Region

Objective

To improve the economic well-being of women from vulnerable groups by strengthening their economic capacity, professional and entrepreneurial skills, and creating conditions for sustainable employment and income generation in the context of war and crisis recovery.

Key Activities

AUCO Convictus Ukraine implements a comprehensive women’s economic empowerment program that combines educational, motivational, and financial support tools. The program aims to enhance women’s self-reliance, restore resilience, and expand opportunities for economic participation for those affected by war or facing difficult life circumstances.

The project engages women in services that help them acquire knowledge and practical skills in starting and running a business, securing employment, leadership (including the creation of initiative groups and NGOs), and effectively organizing their professional and personal lives. Participants take part in educational activities on launching and developing a business, receive tools for effective communication, personal growth, and self-development, and gain access to financial support to start or grow their own business initiatives.
