I lead the Monitoring and Evaluation Department, where I combine analytical expertise with hands-on project work. I am passionate about working with data, tracking results, assessing program effectiveness, and identifying solutions that enhance team performance and drive meaningful impact.
1998–2002 — Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University — Bachelor’s Degree in Human and Animal Physiology.
