2021–2022 — Master’s Degree, Educational and Scientific Institute “Institute of Public Administration,” V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University — Economics (Human Resource Management and Labor Economics).
Since 2023 — PhD Candidate, Educational and Scientific Institute “Institute of Public Administration,” V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University — Public Administration.
I am at Convictus Ukraine because it is important for me to work in non-governmental organizations that prioritize quality and accessibility of services for vulnerable populations and focus on achieving meaningful results. Equally important is the combination of continuous learning and service improvement with care for staff well-being and the prevention of burnout.
