I joined the organization in 2008, starting as a volunteer facilitating art therapy groups for people who use drugs. Over time, my professional path evolved — from social worker and psychologist to program lead and project manager. Today, I head the Program Department, overseeing the organization’s service delivery programs.

I am at Convictus because for me it is not just a job, but a 17-year journey of professional and personal growth — one that began with volunteering and led to heading the Program Department. My professional expertise — both as a psychologist and as a manager — directly influences the quality of support we provide. It is important for me to work in an environment where support helps people feel safe and valued, and where our team unites to create meaningful and systemic change.
