Сonvictus Ukraine begins implemention process of the new project “Harm Reduction Young People Who Use Drugs in Ukraine: Reaching the Undeserved”

In 2015, ICF Alliance for Public Health, with financial support from the Elton John AIDS Foundation, launched a Project “Harm Reduction Young People Who Use Drugs in Ukraine: Reaching the Undeserved”. The project covers five cities of Ukraine: Kyiv, Odessa, Poltava, Kharkiv, and Sloviansk.

Convictus invites internally displaced women from the ATO regions to cooperation under the new project!

   Today, on February 1, 2016, a three-year project "Mobilizing of internally displaced women for addressing domestic and gender-based violence" begins. This project is being implemented by “Convictus Ukraine” in cooperation with NGO “Analytical Center “Socioconsulting” with the support of the European Commission.

Coordination of actions to respond effectively to the HIV epidemic in the Kyiv region

   Convictus Ukraine operates in Kyiv region since 2009. Our Organization implements projects aimed at combating HIV\AIDS, the spread of sexually transmitted infections, and tuberculosis, also introducing measures in close cooperation with medical institutions subordinated to the Penitentiary Service of Ukraine.

Convictus is expanding its activities in response to HIV in the Kyiv region

  Convictus Ukraine became an official partner of the Pact Inc. after signed the agreement in realizing of important interventions on the territory of Kyiv region. The RESPOND project is being implemented in Ukraine with the support of the US Agency for International Development USAID. Convictus carries out work with the sexual partners of intravenous drug users.

The cooperation with the European Commission on internally displaced women is launched

   An agreement between "Convictus Ukraine" and the European Commission was signed on December 30, 2015, for a three-year project "Mobilization of internally displaced women against domestic and gender-based violence."

   Activities will be implemented in the city of Kyiv and Luhansk, Donetsk, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Odesa, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Kyiv regions. The work will be implemented in conjunction with the "Analytical Center" Socioconsulting".
